Clear pricing
FBA prep is billed per step, so you only pay for what your stock needs: FNSKU labelling £0.30 a unit, polybagging £0.20 a unit, carton prep £0.85 a carton and pallet builds £8.50 a pallet. Volume discounts of 5–15% apply above 2,000 units a month. Every account is on a monthly subscription from £395, covering WMS access, reporting and account management. Prices exclude VAT.

Where is your prep centre?

Can I drop stock off or visit the warehouse?
Yes, by appointment only. Get in touch to book a time for a visit or drop-off. Most clients have suppliers or freight forwarders deliver straight to us, also by booked appointment.

Our target is 48 hours from receipt to shipment. If we miss it, you get 10% off that shipment for every day we're late.

Do you only work with North West sellers?
No, we dispatch UK-wide and ship into Amazon's UK and EU FBA network. Being local just makes it easier to visit or drop off stock (by appointment) or talk face to face.
Are you FHDDS registered?
Yes. We're registered with HMRC under the Fulfilment House Due Diligence Scheme, which is required for handling FBA-bound stock for overseas sellers.
